Fred Allen Berry a.k.a. Rerun or Mr. Penguin was born on March 19, 1951, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. He was a Street Dancer and actor who gained recognition as an original member of the Lockers and later for his role in a popular TV show called What’s Happening!!! he played the role of Rerun, a character that continuously repeated all his classes during summer school. The performance was so successful that people started calling him by the character's name.
His stage presence exuded charisma, and his remarkable talent was truly remarkable. He excelled as both an actor and entertainer in his brief yet brilliant life.
