Lionel Douglas a.k.a. Big D
Lionel Big D. Douglas was an actor, precision Stunt driver, and double for Danny Glover in all displayed films for over 15 years.
His television career spanned over 30 years, and his dance career even longer. Notably, he was a regular Solid Gold dancer and portrayed the beloved Big Bird from Sesame Street for over four years. Lionel's exceptional dancing abilities led him to be chosen by Luther Vandross for a four-year touring opportunity.
He participated in numerous performances with Don Campbellock as a member of Don's Locker group, The Lockers, among others.
